One arm dbell press (rotate arms each round)
Mountain climbers
8 x 20 seconds on – 10 second rest

Filthy Fifty, For time 50 reps each. Rotate through until time is called!
Squats
Box Jumps
Burpee Broad Jump
Chest Press
Lunges - stationary
KBS
Wallball
Push Ups
Renegade Rows
Tuck Jumps - Level 1 can sub jump squats
Partner up and do leg throwdowns....
