Labor Day Love SpinCamp!

45 minutes of Cycle Intervals followed by....
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 10
 Pushups (or Clapping Pushups if you can)
Burpee Box Jumps
Pistols (or Weighted Squats if you don't have pistols 25lb, 15lb)
deadlifts
